    Sara Lee artesano bread, buttered tf up. I like to let a tablespoon or 2 melt in the pan and slap the 1st bread down. 2 slices of provolone and 3 thick strips of gruyere, then another slice of thickly buttered bread. Low medium heat and keep an eye on it, don’t want to burn but get niiiiiiice and golden (:
